五條新町駐車場のakippa脱却プロジェクト。Next.js＋Stripeの自社予約フォームで、通常日¥500／花火大会等の特別日は¥10,000〜30,000を一元管理。SlackBotによる自然言語運用、インボイス対応、顧客データ自社蓄積。
Moving our Gojo Shinmachi parking lot off akippa. Next.js + Stripe booking form, ¥500/day standard and ¥10,000–30,000 for fireworks-day specials, with a Slack-bot natural-language admin interface and qualified-invoice support.

築百年超の町家「大野屋」を改装した食堂＋イベントスペース。食堂12席・離れ14帖で20名規模の会に対応。地元食材を使った定食・会席と、小さな催しの場として準備中。
A century-old machiya reborn as a 12-seat dining room with an adjoining tatami hall for gatherings of up to 20. Local-ingredient teishoku and kaiseki, with intimate events. Opening soon.

宿泊事業（さつき・別邸・さくら・しょうはく）

新町・須恵の4宿泊施設を自社運営。重伝建の町並みに溶け込む一棟貸切3棟と、グループ向け5部屋構成の町家ゲストハウス。OTA併用＋自社ドメインからの直予約で、長期的な顧客関係づくりを目指す。
Four self-operated properties in Shinmachi and Sue. Three whole-house rentals nestled in the preservation district, plus a 5-room machiya guesthouse for groups. OTA presence alongside direct bookings from our own domain — we're building relationships, not listings.

古民家BBQハウス（廖岡）
Old farmhouse · BBQ & sauna & stay · opening 2026
古民家を活用した「BBQ＋サウナ＋宿泊」一体型の新拠点。定員6名。本格BBQ設備、離れのサウナ、そのまま泊まれる寝具を同じ屋根の下に。徒歩圏で温泉・バーにアクセスでき、家族・友人・社内合宿・デイユースまで幅広く対応。外部オペレーター／共同運営パートナーも検討中。
A new venue combining BBQ, sauna, and overnight stay under one old-farmhouse roof. Capacity 6. Full BBQ setup, a detached sauna cottage, and beds for the same group that grilled dinner. Onsen and bars within walking distance. We're open to external operators and co-management partners.

町家の一室を試飲所として開放。奈良の地酒、当社取扱ワイン、奈良県産クラフトビールを一杯ずつ提供し、「比べて選ぶ」楽しみを町歩きの途中に。
A machiya corner opened as a tasting room. Nara sake, our imported wines, and Nara craft beer — poured by the glass for comparative tasting during a walk through the preservation district.

AirHostで運営する複数宿泊施設の料金・在庫調整を、Claude in Chromeで毎朝自動点検。周辺OTAの相場・カレンダー状況を確認し、必要な調整提案をSlackで受け取る社内プロジェクト。
An internal initiative that uses Claude in Chrome to run a morning revenue-management sweep across our AirHost-operated properties — comparing OTA rates and calendar state, then delivering adjustment recommendations via Slack.

Gojo & surrounding areas
宿泊ゲストを起点に、高野山・吉野・熊野などへの滞在提案、地域の生産者や蔵元をつなぐ体験企画を試作中。「五條に泊まる理由」を広げるための、小さな事業群を育てています。
Building on our lodging guests: trip design to Koyasan, Yoshino, and Kumano, plus experiences that connect travelers with local makers and breweries. Small ventures, all aimed at giving people "a reason to stay in Gojo."
