Lux Logistics Kansai is a brand of A-Trading Japan Co., Ltd. This page explains how we handle the information you send us through this site, in line with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
What we collect
When you send a brief, we receive what you enter in the form: your company, your name, your email address, travel dates, party size, your client’s home country and the arrangements you need. We do not ask for payment details on this site.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you, to prepare an outline, a proposal and a quotation, and to arrange and run the trip if you go ahead. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
When a trip goes ahead, we share the details each supplier needs, such as hotels, transport companies, restaurants and guides, and only for that trip.
Where it is stored
Your brief is received by our booking system, which runs on Vercel (United States). It is stored in a Supabase database hosted in South Korea, and a notification is sent to our staff by email through Resend (United States). These providers process the information on our behalf. Both countries have their own data protection laws; we choose providers that keep the data secured and access-controlled.
Advertising measurement
This site uses the Google tag to measure whether people who reach us through Google Ads go on to send a brief. Google may set cookies and receive information such as the pages you visit and your IP address. The contents of your brief are not sent to Google. You can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com, and read how Google uses this information at policies.google.com.
Your requests
You can ask us to show, correct, stop using or delete the information we hold about you. Write to info@atrading.jp and we will respond without undue delay.
